Simply put the best pasta I have had in London. A small menu with a choice of antipasti and Pasta. I have not tried any of the starters but recommend getting 3 pasta dishes between 2 people as the best way to eat here. The signature pasta the silk handkerchiefs with walnut butter and confit egg yolk is unbelievable, such simple ingredients are put together to make something so delicious. The simplicity of a cacio e pepe makes for a warm and comforting dish. The pork and n'duja ragu is a delicious and slightly spicy sauce with perfectly cooked homemade pasta. And looking at the menu now the duck ragu will definitely be added to my wishlist for my next visit.
